It allows end users to open gate remotely for visitor, as well as other advanced features such as visitor image recording function. The end user can also control and set up the home automation functions via the touch screen, including control of household appliances via the onboard IR emitter. Infra-red control codes for the appliances can be learned using the onboard IR learner. The unit has built-in panic alarm button on touch screen and is capable of interfacing to security systems via other Carrot accessories
